![]() POP beauty Nadine Coyle’s solo career has been plunged into crisis by a series of crippling budget cuts. But the US-based starlet – who yesterday denied claims that she is at personal loggerheads with Cheryl – has been left fuming after her £900,000 budget was slashed to £200,000. Sources say investors are reluctant to back her when she is not a cast-iron chart certainty. A source close to the star revealed: “There had been plans for a huge production and spectacular £300,000 video. “To rival Cheryl she knows she needs something pretty amazing but her big ambitions have been ruined. “There will still be an album but Nadine could be forced to invest money of her own.” Source: Okmagazine |

In a recent interview, bandmate Kimberley Walsh has apparently blamed Nadine for the Girls not getting back together sooner. Today, the media are reporting that Kimberley has said “I miss the girls. The plan is… Well, basically, Nadine needs to come over from Los Angeles. We need to chat and book it in because there are five people’s diaries to work around, rather than just one.” The media are now making out that this is a ‘dig’ at Nadine and making the quote more bad then it actually is. IMO i think her words may have been twisted, the media always like to make the Girls seem like they are arguing within the band. Its no surprise that they are now turning it around on Nadine because she is an easy target to be blamed since she does not live in the UK. They deserve a decent break, they deserve to try something new, solo. The rest of the girls are enjoying new projects, so lets wish Nadine luck and not pressure her to release her music faster just so Aloud can get back as a group to do the same routine that they have already done for the past 7 years. Kimberley and Cheryl have both confirmed that Girls Aloud “signed up for three albums before they took the break”, isnt that reassuring enough that they will be back! |

Yesterday, The Sun printed an article stating Nadine Coyle did not have a record deal. I could smell it was a lie, so i did not post the article on this site. I did however, post the article on my main Girls Aloud site. I’ve have now been contacted by Nadine’s manager that the story The Sun printed is entirely false. The Sun did not contact him or Nadine’s publicist Barbara Charone before printing the article.
Im glad i can let fans know that articles like these have no truth in them and shall be fully supporting Nadine with her future solo career. |

Nadine Coyle was on Radio 2 this afternoon with Alan Carr. She spoke a lot throughout the show about different artists she likes. They spoke to Heidi Range, Adele and Paloma Faith. She also told us her album has a party/dance element but wouldnt give us anymore details. Nadine also chose 3 of her favourite songs of the decade which were: Robbie Williams – Rock DJ If you missed it, GirlsAloudMedia recorded it all in 3 parts, taking out all the music, so its just the talking bits. Thanks GAM! Click the links below and follow the site instructions to download. |

GIRLS ALOUD star NADINE COYLE will square up to bandmate CHERYL COLE in what is set to be one of 2010’s most fierce chart battles. Nadine is preparing for war by hiring a crack team of music industry heavyweights to guide her to solo greatness. GUY CHAMBERS, the man who co-wrote most of ROBBIE WILLIAMS’ huge hits, has joined forces to pen her new album. It will be moving pop ballads all the way, stirring up competition not only with Cheryl but LEONA LEWIS and ALEXANDRA BURKE too. A source said: “Guy Chambers doesn’t just work with anyone. “He’s incredibly selective about who he agrees to collaborate with and, to be frank, he’s the most expensive in the business to hire. “He has seen something in Nadine he really admires.” No-nonsense publicist BARBARA CHARONE – the woman behind MADONNA, CHRISTINA AGUILERA and KASABIAN’s press campaigns – is also on board in the battle to make Nadine, the UK’s new Queen Of Pop. It is a powerful team with a great chance of guiding the Irish star to greatness. The big-money signings are an indication of how much faith record bosses at Polydor are putting into Nadine. Cheryl opted for a glossy pop/dance direction when she went out on her own in October. Nadine is determined to be noticed on the power of her voice, proving she was always the best singer in Girls Aloud. Cheryl has got off to a stunning start with a chart-topping double – debut single Fight For This Love and album 3 Words both hit the top spot. Unlike Cheryl, Nadine hasn’t got The X Factor to back her up, and she has never had the same popularity as the Geordie stunner. She’ll have to flash her incredible legs a lot more and use her Irish charm if she’s going to be serious competition. Source: The Sun |

Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has been told to tone down her accent to crack America. Even our Irish mate Larry can’t understand what the feck Nadine Coyle is saying half the time. So it’s no surprise the Girls Aloud outsider has been told to tone down her accent to crack America. The owner of the best pins in pop is having elocution lessons so our Yankee chums won’t reach for the remote whenever she’s parked on a chat show sofa. Our plummy source said: “Nadine is determined to make it big in America when she releases her debut solo album there next year. She considers the US to be home now and it’s where the real money is. “She’s been told to tone down her accent so people can make sense of the TV interviews. And she’s willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.” There’s no denying Nads has the best voice in the band but we agree she could do with a Joanna Lumley voiceover. Trying to understand what she’s actually saying is near impossible now her Derry twang’s mixed with a trans-Atlantic drawl. And with rival Cheryl Cole launching her solo career in the US at the same time the stakes to succeed are very high indeed. But Nads is raking in such big bucks from her Irish-themed bars over there she’s unlikely to be joining the dole queue even if her latest pop crusade fails. “The bars and restaurants are flying at the moment,” she gushed. “My mum and dad run them so you really do get the authentic Coyle experience. “It helps the Californian one is right on the beach but I think it is a bit different and special and that definitely helps.” Let’s hope the same goes for your new material – and voice – when it finally drops, wee girl.
