POP beauty Nadine Coyle’s solo career has been plunged into crisis by a series of crippling budget cuts.
Nadine Coyle, 24, was desperate to launch her first album this summer in a bid to rival Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Cole.
But the US-based starlet – who yesterday denied claims that she is at personal loggerheads with Cheryl – has been left fuming after her £900,000 budget was slashed to £200,000.
Sources say investors are reluctant to back her when she is not a cast-iron chart certainty.
A source close to the star revealed: “There had been plans for a huge production and spectacular £300,000 video.
“To rival Cheryl she knows she needs something pretty amazing but her big ambitions have been ruined.
“There will still be an album but Nadine could be forced to invest money of her own.”

Nadine has just tweeted today that she has wrote with Lucie Silvas
Hi, I’ve been having the best few studio days. Im a huge Lucie Silvas fan and wrote with her yesterday. She was playing the piano. I love it
From WikiPedia:
Lucie Silvas is an English singer-songwriter. She’s had songs recorded and released by British artists including Sarah Whatmore, Gareth Gates, Rachel Stevens and Liberty X. Another of Silvas’ most successful songs, written for someone else, was ‘Who am I’ sung by Will Young which was released in 2006 and charted at number 11
Lucie has spent the last few months working on new music in Nashville, Tennessee and NYC, as well as in studios in the UK. Several demos have been recorded and posted to various sites on the internet such as Lucie’s official myspace page. In August 2009, Lucie revealed that she was writing with Australian singer Delta Goodrem.
Sound’s amazing, now stop teasing! You all excited for her album?

Nadine Coyle was on Radio 2 this afternoon with Alan Carr. She spoke a lot throughout the show about different artists she likes. They spoke to Heidi Range, Adele and Paloma Faith. She also told us her album has a party/dance element but wouldnt give us anymore details.
Nadine also chose 3 of her favourite songs of the decade which were:
Robbie Williams – Rock DJ
Corinne Bailey Rae – Put Your Records On
Keane – Everybody’s Changing
If you missed it, GirlsAloudMedia recorded it all in 3 parts, taking out all the music, so its just the talking bits. Thanks GAM! Click the links below and follow the site instructions to download.

The Official Girls Aloud website have sent out an email on the girls various solo projects and what they are currently up to. Here is Nadine’s update:

Nadine is currently in the States working hard on her own solo album. She has been in the studio with big name producers like, Mike Elizondo (Maroon 5, Carrie Underwood), Toby Gadd (Beyoncé, Fergie), Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams) and Tony Kanal from No Doubt (Gwen Stefani, P!nk).
Nadine has also been enjoying writing some of her own material for the first time and she is looking to release her first single in March.
She has been busy uploading clips to YouTube which you can see at youtube.com/user/nadineworlwide and she has also signed up to Twitter so make sure you follow her at twitter.com/NadineWorldwide.
March 2010 cannot come any sooner can it?!
Its looking more likely that Nadine Coyle‘s duet with Boyz II Men was just a demo and nothing more.
Heatworld tweeted the following on their twitter page after they recently published an article about the track

This may be a relief to many fans, as the track was heavily criticised on many online music forums. The duet has also been removed from Boyz II Men’s ‘Love’ album release pages.
Nadine Coyle has previously stated on her twitter page that she is still recording her solo album.
